Heirloom Pineapple Amaro Liqueur T Edwards which is an inviting introductionHeirloom took the concept of Italian amaro and gave it a tropical accent: this one is built around Queen Victoria pineapple, a variety native to the Caribbean, paired with bittering Jamaican Quassia bark for backbone. Made by the Minnesota based Heirloom Liqueurs team (the same group behind their Genepy and Alchermes), it's a full bodied amaro meant to bridge rich fruit sweetness with real bitterness rather than lean fully into either camp. The nose
