Arthur Armstrong RHA (1924-1996), Connemara Mountains outdoor plants The ghosts of Sir JoshuaArthur Armstrong was a northern Irish artist, a contemporary and friend of artists such as Gerard Dillon, Daniel O'Neill and George Campbell. He spent the 1950s in London, moving to Dublin in the early 1960s. He exhibited with the RHA from 1962 and regularly designed posters for the Abbey Theatre.
