FOOD PARCELS / CLOTHES/ BLANKETS

Lebanon & Makassed Need Your Support.

Join us in providing a monthly safety net for Lebanese families in need.

Although limited data is available, it is estimated that more than 25% of the Lebanese population lives on less than $4 a day.

Moreover, the already great disparity between the rich and the poor is worsening due to the current economic, financial and social historical crisis. Many communities throughout the country are marginalized, living in poverty, relying on under-served public offers such as water and electricity, and essentially ignored by the government.

Food shortage is part of a broader humanitarian crisis in Lebanon.

As part of its ongoing dedication to provide help to those in need, Makassed kicked off the year with distributions of food parcels as well as clothes and blankets to families affected by the current financial crisis.

A $35 donation feeds a family of 5 for one month or provides them with clothes/blankets.

Help provide underprivileged Lebanese families with their basic needs.
